Looking for a hotel-casino on the Strip has beautiful renovated rooms without paying a fortune. I think she fell in the Mirage, New York, NY, MGM Grand and Treasure Iceland. It has just been sold and was told that the plan no changes. The Mirage was the list since the last renewal, but Venice is the last major renovation completed each quarter last year. Mirage is small, but full and a lunatic asylum. MGM is so big that you can really lose, and there is a risk just to get to the band. Nyny has an excellent location, but there are complaints about noise from the roller coaster if you get a room on this page. Mirage would be the best option in this list.
I stayed at three and I would say that the MGM Grand in a number of reasons, the MGM has a good selection of restaurants, shops and housing of a lion is fun to see. I have not for the Mirage, because every time I went to the casino was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Treasure Iceland is nice, but is the old, do not eat a lot of beautiful places, but if you like playing with a variety of slot machines. My husband and I are frequent visitors to Las Vegas and are regularly at the Mandalay Bay. It has everything what you ask for more.
I remained in all these hotels and Mirage is our favorite and our least TI. Mirage is more mature than the rest clintele, the closest to us (30 at the end of a couple), and we love the atmosphere, the love a little darker and on the meadows of the old school and all the rooms have been refurbed in 2008, the rooms are impressive, the pool of the Mirage is also very nice.
We found some small pieces nyny and also have a slightly higher price, and MGM Mirage and do not understand why appears. MGM has the largest standard rooms and the best beds in the world, but can work at the weekend.

Personally I like the MGM. I was there for a long time, and I want to stay there in March. I like the run and pool are great. They also have a lazy river.
Mirage is also beautiful. Check out the Beetles Love by Cirque du Soleil, they have there. I saw him in May and it is fantastic.
I think it really just depends on what subjects you prefer. Nyny is ideal if you like New York, but I've heard the pool is not spectacular. And I have in the IT for the moment, but if your pirates, they could this thing.
I personally was very pleased Harrah's, when I went to Las Vegas, but I'm back in my late 20s. You can always at any casino in the air and keep your first choice for the bedroom. unless you're not too comfortable with his foot, then with the environment that you really want.

The Mirage would be my choice. MGM is nice, but the Mirage is in a better place.
The rooms are nice, the price as the Mirage or TI and its pool is pretty reasonable.
