How do I get Media Center to play ATSC? - pinnacle tv center 4.9.4
I bought a Pinnacle HD TV PC Card, but the Media Center or disable the NTSC and ATSC reception is poor chops. I know it's a hardware problem, because the software work-product and can both receptions.

Pinnacle is a Media Center update drivers for this card on your website launched. It provides:
"Correction: PCTV HD Card (800I): Audio stutters or the reading out of sync"
My second assumption is that one can suffer from poor performance by his team. Media Center adds some use of additional memory. In addition, a high definition signal and will play the CPU overtime to the video.
They have a low signal quality. In Canada (where I am), it is just about the live broadcast, and ATSC is so fundamentally useless for us.
